About the artist Philippe Faivre

I practiced photography, at the beginning, in a plastic way, both in shooting (various materials) and in printing. Revelation with a brush, sponge, layers, partial toning, scraping, etc.

Today I am trying to transpose this plastic approach to digital.
I exhibited some prints during group exhibitions at the Médicis square (Saint Maur des Fossé), at the Cascades (boulevard des Pyrénées), at the Arles body and nude photography festival, at the Arles meetings and some personal exhibitions, notably at the Marie Mocqet gallery in Périgueux, and at the Lillebonne gallery in Nancy.
