These conditions define the
terms and conditions applicable to subscriptions offered to artists by Horizon World
Art, whose full legal information is available in the Legal Notices
legal terms of the site.

1. Subscription plans

Horizon World Art offers four subscriptions: HWA Access, HWA Basic, HWA Premium and HWA Gold.

2. No-commitment subscriptions

HWA Access and HWA Basic subscriptions are offered without a fixed term. Artists can cancel or change their subscription at any time by sending an email to Horizon World Art.

3. Subscriptions with a commitment period

HWA Premium and HWA Gold subscriptions require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. This commitment is required
to be able to benefit from the enhanced visibility actions, proposals
exposure and specific opportunities related to these formulas.

4. Formula change

The artist may request a change of subscription at any time. Any upgrade takes effect after validation by Horizon World Art and, where applicable, acceptance of the associated terms and conditions.

5. Termination

For subscriptions without a commitment period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. For subscriptions with a commitment period, cancellation is only possible after the minimum six-month period.

6. Intellectual Property

The artist retains full ownership of the intellectual property rights to his works.

The artist authorizes Horizon World Art to use the visuals of the works for the purposes of presentation, communication and promotion of the gallery, without territorial or time limitation, in strict respect of the integrity of the works and the name of the artist.

7. Exhibitions and dissemination

Artists subscribed to HWA Premium and HWA Gold can benefit, depending on projects and availability, from proposals for physical exhibitions and the opportunity to exhibit at
international reach through the gallery's partnerships with structures
cultural activities abroad. These proposals do not constitute a contractual obligation.

8. Annual subscription and cancellation conditions

When an artist chooses to pay for their subscription on an annual basis, the payment is made in one lump sum for the entire period concerned and benefits from a preferential rate.

In the event of early termination by the artist, the annual subscription remains active until the end of the current annual period.

No refund, full or partial, will be given for a period already paid for.

The cancellation request can be made at any time by email. It will take effect at the end of the current annual period, without automatic renewal.

9. Acceptance of conditions

Subscription membership implies
full and complete acceptance of these conditions. These are
accessible at any time from the Horizon World Art website.
