subscription terms and conditions
These terms and conditions define the
terms and conditions applicable to subscriptions offered to artists by Horizon World
Art, whose full legal information is available in the Legal Notice on the
website.
1. Subscription plans
Horizon World Art offers four subscriptions: HWA Access, HWA Basic, HWA Premium and HWA Gold.
2. Non-binding subscriptions
HWA Access and HWA Basic subscriptions are offered without a minimum commitment period. Artists may cancel or change their subscription at any time by sending a request by email to Horizon World Art,
relation.artiste@horizonworldart.com
3. Binding subscriptions
HWA Premium and HWA Gold subscriptions involve a minimum commitment of six (6) months. This commitment is required
in order to benefit from enhanced visibility actions, exhibition proposals
and specific opportunities related to these plans.
4. Changing plans
Artists may request to change their subscription at any time. Any upgrade takes effect after validation by Horizon World Art and, if applicable, acceptance of the associated commitment terms.
5. Termination
For non-binding subscriptions, termination takes effect at the end of the current period. For binding subscriptions, termination can only occur at the end of the minimum six-month period.
6. Intellectual property
Artists remain the full owners of the intellectual property rights to their works.
Artists authorise Horizon World Art to use visuals of their works for presentation, communication, and promotion of the gallery, without territorial or duration limitation, in strict respect of the integrity of the works and the artist's name.
7. Exhibitions and international
distribution
Artists subscribed to HWA Premium and HWA Gold subscriptions may, depending on projects and availability, benefit from physical exhibition proposals and the possibility of exhibiting internationally via the gallery's partnerships with cultural organisations abroad. These proposals do not constitute a contractual obligation. Artists subscribed to the HWA BASIC subscription may benefit from exhibitions depending on remaining spaces.
Some exhibitions are free for selected artists. Others may require participation fees (rental, logistics, framing), clearly communicated in advance.
8 . Annual subscription and termination conditions
When an artist chooses to pay their subscription on an annual basis, payment is made in a single instalment for the entire period concerned and benefits from a preferential rate.
In the event of early termination by the artist, the annual subscription remains active until the end of the current annual period.
No refund, total or partial, will be granted for a period already paid.
The termination request can be made at any time by email. It will take effect at the end of the current annual period, without automatic renewal.
9. Acceptance of terms
Subscribing to a subscription implies
full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. These are
accessible at any time from the Horizon World Art website.
