Nicole Azoulay, a contemporary painter born in Paris in 1963, has devoted herself fully to art for several years. After six years of intensive training, she specialized in contemporary and abstract works, using mainly acrylic and knife to create bright and colorful works. Painting is for her a form of emancipation and a vital need.

It is worth noting that Nicole Azoulay paints with a very small knife, regardless of the size of the canvas. She begins each work without any prior idea of the subject, shape or final colors.
