Exposition collective Mairie du 8ème arrondissement de Paris - juin 2026

Group exhibition Paris 8th Arrondissement Town Hall - June 2026

Under the high patronage of Mrs. Catherine Lécuyer, Mayor of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, Horizon World Art had the pleasure of presenting its new exhibition at the Exhibition Hall of the 8th arrondissement Town Hall of Paris. For nearly two weeks, from June 15 to 26, 2026, visitors were able to discover the worlds of sixteen artists with diverse backgrounds and sensibilities, united by a common ambition: to share their vision of art and promote contemporary creation.

On Wednesday, June 17, the opening reception marked the highlight of this exhibition. This evening brought together artists, art lovers, collectors, partners, and enthusiasts in a warm atmosphere, conducive to meetings and exchanges.

The opening reception began with several speeches that set the tone for this wonderful evening.

We had the honor of hearing Christian Bokenga, president of the Horizon Paris 8ᵉ Art association and founder of Horizon World Art, who recalled the gallery's mission: to promote artists with unique universes, to foster exchanges between creators and the public, and to make art accessible to the widest possible audience.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs. Catherine Lécuyer, Mayor of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, accompanied by Mrs. Laurence Riot Lamotte, Delegate Councillor for Culture, Youth, and Sports. Their presence and their words addressed to the artists and guests testified to the town hall's commitment to the development of cultural life and the support of artistic creation.

The success of this evening was also demonstrated by a very good turnout. More than 150 guests attended to celebrate this new exhibition and meet the artists. Throughout the opening reception, discussions multiplied in the different areas of the exhibition. Visitors took the time to discover the works, listen to the artists talk about their approach, their inspirations, and the stories behind each of their creations.

It was, above all, a privileged moment for the artists, who were able to reveal the full extent of their talent and share their passion with an attentive, curious, and particularly receptive audience.

Throughout the evening, visitors and art lovers were particularly enthusiastic. The numerous discussions about the works, the meetings with the artists, and the very positive feedback gathered throughout the evening made this opening a true moment of sharing.

Beyond discovering the artworks, everyone had a human experience, filled with dialogue, emotions, and curiosity. These exchanges remind us how much art is a formidable vector for encounters, capable of creating connections between people from different backgrounds.

Seeing so many visitors gathered around artistic creation is a real satisfaction for Horizon World Art. This mobilization reinforces the desire to continue offering events where artists can present their work in a setting conducive to exchange and discovery.
