Private exhibition "Along the lines of lightness"

As part of its Mission Handicap , the house of Hermès, emblem of French luxury located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, organized the opening of the private exhibition "Au fil de la Légèreté" on June 7, 2022. This exhibition, centered on the theme of lightness, was born from an artistic and inclusive collaboration between Hermès, the ESAT La Roseraie (Avenir Apei) and the Horizon Paris 8ème Art collective.

The project, led by Christian Bokenga as artistic director, brought together artists with disabilities known as "workers" from the ESAT, around a collective four-handed canvas project. They were accompanied by Sebao , an artist from the Horizon collective, and a dedicated support team.

This exhibition was a real success : a moment rich in emotion , at once educational, human and inspiring , welcomed by a large audience of Hermès employees who came in large numbers.

True to its mission, Horizon Paris 8ème Art works to make art accessible to as many people as possible , particularly through artistic workshops organized in schools and ESATs , to create bridges between art, inclusion and society.
